My Story
Like most of you, I was spending 6–8 hours a day on my phone — scrolling, watching, doom-surfing — without even realising it. One day I asked myself: “What am I actually doing with my time?”
That question changed everything. I started exploring digital detox, mindful technology use, and screen-free habits — and the results were life-changing. Better sleep, better focus, better relationships.
I started OyeBhaiya to share everything I’ve learned — in simple Hindi-flavoured English that every Indian can relate to.
